We need to share the Good News to everyone because everyone’s salvation is at stake
Why can't you let other people enjoy their own religion? If they are finding joy in that, why still try to tell them about Catholicism or Christianity?
- It's because it was Jesus' command to preach to all nations, to spread the Good News to everyone.
- It's because at the end of days, He will gather everyone to Him and accept into heaven those who believe in Him.
- It's because at the end of the day, if Jesus is indeed who He says He is, then all of us belong to Him.
- And so yes, we need to let everyone know of the Good News, because everyone's salvation is at stake, regardless if other people are happy in another religion, regardless if they don't think they need to be saved.
The thoughts above were inspired from this Podcast Episode titled "Why is Your Religion the Right One?"
I'll add that, sharing the Good News doesn't mean shoving it down people's throats any chance you can get, as often as you can. No. You share the Good News and then you move on. If people choose to believe, then you might have saved a soul. If they choose not to believe, then don't pester them and just move on.
